Premier Roofing recently completed a new roof at 365 George Road in Toms River for Pat Downs. Pat’s old roof was leaking in two places; above the bathroom fan and above the garage area. The garage area was leaking badly and we needed to replace all the old plywood. We also replaced all the flashing to seal any leaks and replaced Pat’s old asphalt shingles with new Owens Corning Duration Series Shingles.
