Premier Roofing recently performed a new roof installation in Toms River, NJ, for a new client in need of a roof replacement. Our new client Ann Visaggio had noticed that her old roof was worn and the shingles were starting to come up in several places. Because of the worn shingles, Ann's 2,200 square ft. roof had wood rot causing potentially vital damage to her home. Our team stepped in and assessed the damage and the roofing, once an estimate was provided we got to work. We began the new roof installation in Toms River, NJ by removing all old roof surfaces, exposing the wood framing below, luckily none of the rotted wood was load bearing, and we were able to replaced the rotted wood. The old rotted wood was removed and 7 new sheets of plywood was installed to replace the damaged areas. After the new plywood was set, we installed new Owens Corning Duration shingles in a slatestone gray color. Not only did we install new wood and shingles for Ann's roof, but we also installed new fascia and soffit along the back of her home. After the job was completed we did a full clean up of the area, and Ann was kind enough to leave us a glowing 5 star review.
