This bayside home receives quite a beating from the elements, and the 5,000 square foot roof was showing a great deal of wear and tear from years of weather beatings. It needed replacing partly because of its location but also its age.

Premier removed one layer of old dimensional shingles and upgraded components on the house including ridge vents and baffles. We installed a complete Owens Corning full roofing system that should be able to stand up to the elements.
